Soul Stori is a social media management and content creation agency founded by friends Alaw and Lauren, with the aim of helping small businesses across Wales reach their full potential online.

Our focus is on amplifying the stories behind each brand, not just showcasing your beautifully plated food or exceptional hairdressing skills. We dig deeper to uncover what truly makes you stand out, whether that’s a powerful backstory of how your business began or the small, quirky details that make customers smile.

This passion for storytelling probably stems from our shared background in journalism. Curiosity may kill the cat in some cases, but for us, it hasn’t done us any harm yet!

If you know me, you’ll know I’m a passionate foodie. You can usually find me chatting about the latest restaurant or coffee shop I’ve tried.

This love of food actually led me to one of the best hobbies and, somewhat unexpectedly, to co-founding Soul Stori!

After working full-time on social media management for a group of catering businesses, and in my spare time travelling the country visiting and reviewing food spots, I realised capturing hospitality on camera, whether inside or outside of work, perfectly fuels my creativity.

Meeting so many people in the hospitality industry made me want to support them wherever I can. I know that running a hospitality business isn’t easy, so if I can help ease the workload even a little, it feels worthwhile.

Shwmae bawb! F’enw i yw Alaw, I’m Alaw, and I co-founded Soul Stori.

I’ve always loved the creativity that comes with social media, and I’m passionate about championing yr iaith Gymraeg in everyday life and across digital spaces.

My background is in communications and translation, something I naturally fell into after completing my Journalism degree (which makes perfect sense considering how much I love a good story!).

I’m naturally curious, love meeting new people, and thrive on finding and sharing the stories that matter.

And now, I get to bring all of that together through Soul Stori, how exciting!
